Overview:
We are looking for a QA Engineer with Automation and Trigger experience to ensure the quality, stability, and correct execution of automated workflows, events, and system integrations. This role is responsible for validating that automations and triggers operate as defined, preventing failures in critical business processes.
What will you do?
- Test and validate triggers, events, and automation workflows across systems.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated tests for automations and integrations.
- Validate webhooks, APIs, payloads, responses, and business rules.
- Identify, report, and track bugs in automations and triggers.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data processed by automations.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Automation teams.
- Define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor automations in production environments and support incident resolution.
- Document tests, workflows, failures, and QA best practices.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in QA with a strong focus on automation.
- Hands-on experience with triggers, events, and integrations.
- Solid knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, or similar).
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and payload validation.
- Knowledge of automation/workflow tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent).
- Ability to analyze logs and identify failures in automated workflows.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline testing (nice to have).
