You will be part of a team that includes not just your typical SaaS business functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), but also engineers, psychologists, business leaders, and even a world-renowned neuroscientist. We are proud to say that you will be surrounded by some of the smartest, enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated people that you’ll ever meet (at least, that we’ve ever met!).

Who we are looking for:

At Creyos, we understand that solving big challenges demands unwavering resilience and determination. We don’t stop until we achieve our goals. What you will be doing as a QA Automation Engineer:

  • Test Development: Build and maintain a sustainable library of functional and integration tests, including program code for automated scripts and high-fidelity test data.
  • Requirement Analysis: Partner with Product and Engineering to review functional specifications, identifying edge cases and defining requirements for end-to-end use cases.
  • Quality Advocacy: Adhere to and optimize our formal workflows. You will validate functionality, enhance code quality through peer reviews, and provide transparent reporting on test results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an intermediate-to-senior technical resource, working in a tight feedback loop with the Product and Tech teams to deliver collaborative, high-quality solutions.

The Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling robust automation frameworks.
  • You are independent, passionate about your craft, and take true pride in the stability of the products you ship.
  • A deep-seated understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and a relentless commitment to high standards.
  • Proven experience in Agile environments, specifically utilizing TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
  • A strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails, Cucumber (Gherkin), RSpec, FactoryBot, Capybara, Selenium, SitePrism, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in Bitbucket for version control and a comfort level navigating complex ticket-based workflows (Jira).

It would be great if you also have:

  • Familiarity with the Hotwire stack (Turbo, Stimulus) and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (specifically CircleCI).
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare industry, with an understanding of the nuances and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2) that come with it.

Our Technology Environment:
