QA - Automation Analyst

• Work as a part of a passionate web team to ensure high quality products.
• Develop automation test plans and test scripts, execute functional and non functional test cases, and maintain test data, ensuring maximum test coverage
• Maintain and update existing test cases using selinium framework using TestNG, webdriver io, and javascript
• Be maticulus about documentation and maintaining and robust log of automation test cases and test results
• Execute test suites and provide regular feedback and reports to the team
• Support the team in regression testing, smoke testing and API testing when bugs are resolved
• Identity, record, document, and track bugs
• Collabrate with development team to resolve defects and other issues, ensuring the timely delivery of high quality software
• Nice to have experience in API automation with PactumJS

• Minimum University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related discipline.
• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in automation & manual testing.
• Hands-on working experience in writing and executing automated test suites using Selenium frameworks with test engine.
• Capable of working independently in automation test case creation and updating existing tests.
• Experience with waterfall and agile software development.
• Programming experience in high level languages like Java, Python.
• Hand-on experience of writing and maintaining automated API tests written in Java using a REST-assured library.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, STLC and defect life cycles specifically, automated QA processes in Agile development environments.
• Nice to have Mobile testing experience using Applium.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git etc..).
• Usage of test management /defect management tools and frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and oral/verbal communiation skills.
