Job Summary

We are seeking a Workflow Automation Platform Architect to design, build, and deploy scalable workflow solutions using a low-code automation platform. In this role, you will transform business and operational requirements into automated processes, configure and maintain production-ready workflows, validate system performance, and ensure high-quality implementations across customer environments.

You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate use cases into reliable technical solutions, manage end-to-end implementations, and continuously improve workflow designs based on real-world feedback. This role requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to balance speed with quality in complex, customer-facing environments.

The ideal candidate has experience designing complex workflows or process automations, configuring platform tools or low-code systems, testing and validating solutions in production, and collaborating directly with stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, build, and implement scalable workflow automation solutions using low-code, JavaScript and platform-based tools;
  
• Translate business and operational requirements into structured workflows, system logic, and configuration specifications;
  
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to shape workflow architecture and solution design;
  
• Configure, test, validate, and deploy automation flows into production environments;
  
• Ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability of workflows through best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement;
  
• Monitor deployed workflows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance and scalability;
  
• Maintain configuration standards, platform governance, and system documentation to support long-term growth and stability;
  
• Lead technical implementation efforts and support customer onboarding, integrations, and solution enhancements.
  

Essential Skills

• Proven professional experience in workflow automation, solutions architecture, system implementation, or low-code platform development;
  
• Strong ability to design and model complex business processes and translate them into scalable platform configurations;
  
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, RPA platforms, or low-code environments (e.g., Retool, Zapier, n8n, UiPath, Power Automate, Appian, etc.);
  
• Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and system orchestration;
  
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, testing strategies, rollout processes, and production support;
  
• Proficiency with Git, basic SQL, JavaScript, and technical documentation practices;
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and release management;
  
• Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams;
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience building and deploying AI-enabled workflow solutions or integrating AI tools into business processes (e.g., Claude, Cursor, automation copilots, etc.);
  
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools for production workflows and system health tracking;
  
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, security best practices, and scalable systems;
  
• Experience with customer-facing implementations or technical consulting roles;
  
• Background in platform governance, solution standardization, or technical enablement.
