QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Work with a small team of individuals to proactively find bugs, issues and exploits in the live game.
• Coordinate between customer support, community and development teams to analyze, verify and act on bugs, issues and exploits reported by players.  
• Identify issues during development and write clear and concise steps and descriptions to reproduce.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams including QA, Production, Art, and Design to investigate problems.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and passion for ARK
• Proficiency using live game admin commands effectively to carry out tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience testing on console platforms.
  
  

Pluses:

• Minimum of 1 year cumulative paid game development experience as a QA Analyst or Game Moderator.
• Experience with Bug Reporting software such as Jira, or knowledge of QA Workflow.
• Experience working with Unreal Engine 5.
• Any shipped title credited as QA Analyst/Game Moderator/Community Support/Customer Service.
