What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:
- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed
Your day-to-day:
Understand product and business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
Implement and document medium to large-scale features.
Design and build scalable, high-performance systems handling large traffic volumes.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Take ownership of technical decisions and clearly justify them.
Collaborate closely with an international team (in English).
Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and mitigate production incidents.
Perform and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

Web app: Python, Flask
Databases: Postgres, Redis, Clickhouse
Hosting: GCP, Datapacket, Hetzner
Scraping tools: Puppeteer, Playwright
Tools & analytics: Datadog, Grafana
Your skills & experience:
Proven experience building and maintaining Python web applications at scale.
Solid understanding of system design, including performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
Hands-on experience with API design (REST or similar) and working with high-throughput systems.
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including performance tuning and data modeling.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure and production environments.
Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down, and deliver practical, efficient solutions.
Comfortable taking ownership of features- from design to deployment and monitoring.
Strong debugging skills and experience handling production incidents.
Fluent English (spoken and written) for smooth collaboration in an international team.
Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical decisions clearly and work effectively with others.
Salary:
Gross salary: 3200 - 6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
