The role of PwD Program Lead is to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our Persons with Disabilities (PwD) hiring programs for both new graduate and mid career hiring. Working closely with business leaders, HRBPs, DE&I related team, external partners, and employees, the position will play a critical role in creating scalable and sustainable inclusive hiring practices.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a passionate and strategic talent acquisition professional who has experience driving inclusive hiring initiatives and building programs. To be successful in this role, you should be collaborative, execution-oriented, and be able to influence stakeholders across organizations.
Also you should bring strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep commitment to accessibility and equitable candidate experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design end-to-end PwD hiring programs for both new graduate and mid career talent pipelines
  • Develop and execute annual hiring strategies, roadmap, and hiring targets aligned with business needs
  • Build partnerships with universities, disability organizations, and external recruitment agencies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to improve inclusive hiring processes and candidate experiences
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation
  • Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, program effectiveness, and provide regular reporting to Hiring Manager
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience of PwD program management
  • Experience leading or supporting diversity recruiting and/or disability inclusion initiatives
  • Experience to build programs from inception to execution
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Professional working proficiency in Japanese and intermediate English
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Knowledge of disabilities and relevant legal frameworks
  • Proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • NICE TO HAVES
  • Working experience in global company
  • Experience in disability hiring
  • Familiarity with disability employment regulations and compliance requirements in Japan
  • Experience managing external vendors or university relations
  • Knowledge of inclusive recruitment technologies and accessible hiring practices
