PV Installation Supervisor

On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a PV Installation Supervisor to join their team in Limassol.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Site Assessment & Planning

• System Installation

• Install mounting systems (racking, brackets, etc.).

• Secure solar panels to roofs, ground mounts, or structures.

• Connect panels to the electrical system (inverters, batteries, etc.).

• Install wiring, conduit, disconnects, and safety systems.

• Connect PV systems to inverters and tie them to the building’s electrical grid.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Technical training in electrical, renewable energy, or construction (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in solar PV installation, electrical work, or general construction (entry-level roles may provide on-the-job training).

• Experience working at heights or on rooftops is beneficial.

• Attention to detail and safety.

• Teamwork and communication skills.

• Customer service orientation.
