Your mission:

• Coordinate and communicate with producers based in China, Italy, India, and Pakistan

• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation

• Support the Purchasing team with documentation and administrative tasks

• Ensure proper record-keeping and organized filing of supplier documents

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data management, reporting)

• Freshers are welcome to apply. Female candidates are preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to easily grasp training and follow instructions
