You’ll be working with the Strategic Sourcing & SCM team.
This team runs on supplier negotiations, spend analysis and coffee (with suppliers of course). The team has an infectious passion for building deep and engaging relationships with our supplier partners and developing capabilities to manufacture innovative products and components.

Responsibilities
Maintain & verify accurate records of purchases, supplier information. Contracts and invoices, ensuring data integrity.
Create and maintain master price lists for various products. Report cost variances
Coordinate with Finance team for any vendor payment related issues and quarterly ledger reconciliation
Preparing Purchase plan based on SNOP and pre-defined Safety stock
Participate in inventory audits and assist in stock management activities and preparing budgets for quarterly demand.
Support in Budget Planning as needed.
The ideal candidate requires
3+ years of relevant experience
Structured problem-solving, detail orientation, and customer-first attitude
