Key Responsibilities

  • Build assets using content automation platforms such as Seismic, ensuring successful output across various formats.
  • Generate and maintain charts, graphs, templates, and exhibits.
  • Update data, layout, formatting, design, and content within PowerPoint templates.
  • Apply PowerPoint and Excel skills, including strong charting capabilities, to create accurate and visually clear content.
  • Customize materials in alignment with design specifications and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, detect variances, and ensure consistency and accuracy across large, multi-source datasets.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Content Specialist role within Wizeline.

Must-have Skills

  • 4–7 years of professional publishing and/or copyediting experience.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge, with a focus on data visualization and chart creation.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and variances in large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail, with strong process orientation, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and unpredictable workloads while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and applications as needed.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams and business units.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with financial and investment concepts.
  • Experience using Seismic and Workfront platforms.
  • Experience in financial or other heavily regulated industries (pharma, legal).
  • Awareness of AI-powered editorial tools and content automation technologies.
  • Interest in learning about software development and consulting services.
