Publisher Engagement Manager, Publisher Growth

TLDR

Act as a business development manager to engage with publishers, optimizing advertising performance across multiple platforms to meet revenue targets and grow publisher relationships.

As part of the Publisher Growth Team, you will act as a business development manager and be responsible for engage with website and application publishers and developers by introducing our services to support publisher’s web and app monetization. You need to have experience in the Digital Media Industry (focus on Programmatic Ads and Digital Monetization)

What You Will Do

  • Search, acquire and develop relationship management with key accounts who are online publishers in Vietnam 
  • Provide online publisher partners with excellent and timely service/technological advice to implement advertising
  • Optimize, track, and analyze advertising performance and make suggestions to publishers to optimize performance
  • Seek for advice and conduct necessary communication with existing publisher partners on the network so that their performance benchmarks and expectations are met
  • Ensure to meet revenue targets through optimizing, tracking, analyzing advertising performance and making suggestions to publishers to improve performance. 
  • Manage trades in multiple programmatic consoles with a deep understanding of campaign optimization strategy
  • Keeping up to date with industry research figures and trends
  • Collect and analyze sales and operation data
  • Lead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating team members

Who You Are 

  • A recognized university degree.
  • Good command of English
  • At least 4 years of working experience, and  2 years in the same positions
  • A keen desire to grow knowledge of how AdTech works behind the scenes
  • Experience in Online Advertising, Google Advertising products, Ad Network, Ad Exchanges
  • Good Excel skills and advanced proficiency in other MS Office programs
  • Familiar with startup culture
  • An analytical mind-set and methodical approach to working with data sets
  • Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues
  • Good management/ leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, with good sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
