About the Role
This role ensures the company stays ahead of regulatory developments across corporate, data, technology, and food-related areas, enabling early identification and mitigation of potential policy risks. Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, Data, Food Operations, Corporate Affairs, and business leaders, this role supports clear and consistent policy positioning and informed decision-making. The role aims to minimize regulatory impact on the business, deliver timely and practical policy updates to internal stakeholders, and build strong, credible relationships with key government counterparts.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage assigned public policy and government relations initiatives, reporting to senior members of the PPGR leadership group.
Provide strategic support and analysis to PPGR leadership in policy advocacy and regulatory decision-making within the assigned scope.
Monitor, analyze, and proactively escalate emerging regulatory developments and policy risks relevant to the business.
Drive advocacy efforts and engagement strategies to mitigate potential negative impacts arising from new or revised regulations.
Develop, articulate, and maintain clear, consistent, and well-supported company positions on corporate, data, technology, and food-related policy matters.
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable policy updates and insights for internal stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with key government and regulatory stakeholders.
What You Will Need
At least 6-7 years of Experience
Strong understanding of government policy and regulatory processes, particularly related to corporate, data, technology, and food sectors
Proven experience in government relations, public policy, regulatory affairs, or a related field
Ability to translate policy and regulatory developments into clear business impact and actions
Experience working with government stakeholders, regulators, or industry associations
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across legal, business, and operational teams
Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences
High level of judgment, integrity, and ability to manage sensitive and complex issues
