CRCFO is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role supports recruiting needs for both CRCFO and our clients, with weekly hours fluctuating between 1–20 hours depending on active hiring needs (most weeks averaging 5–10 hours).

Job Duties

  • Source, evaluate, screen, and recommend qualified candidates, with a focus on assessing overall “fit” through effective interviewing
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates
  • Research and recommend new sourcing channels and recruiting tools
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database through ongoing networking and outreach
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience from initial contact through offer


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with BambooHR or similar ATS platforms is a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, including online and social media sourcing
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate an organization’s value proposition to senior-level candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
