Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, or group therapy sessions (depending on your specialty).
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries).
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted clinical license in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).

Experience: Proven experience in clinical assessment and evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
