About the Role:

We are expanding our psychiatry services and inviting Psychiatrists (MD/DO) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to join a large, APA-accredited private therapy practice. Our outpatient psychiatry team provides evidence-based, compassionate care for adults and adolescents in collaboration with a multidisciplinary network of over 200 exceptional clinicians. We prioritize empathy, collaboration, and innovative treatment, especially for mood disorders and complex presentations.

Your Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
  • Provide care in person at our Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices.
  • Collaborate with therapists and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical, evidence-based care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees.
  • Autonomy and flexibility are offered in your schedule and treatment approach, with support for both medication management and psychotherapy integration.

Qualifications (Psychiatrists MD/DO):

  • Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry.
  • Licensed in Texas with an active, unencumbered DEA.
  • Experience with adult and/or adolescent populations.
  • TMS experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
