Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders.
• Utilize technology-driven solutions, including integrated EMR and telemedicine, to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Select patient populations based on your criteria and preferences, ensuring a balanced caseload.
• Manage patient intake times, with a minimum of 60 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for follow-ups.
• Collaborate within a strong in-house referral network to coordinate patient care with specialists and therapists.
• Focus on delivering high-quality care with reduced administrative burdens, as patient scheduling and billing are handled by support staff.

Qualifications:

• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties are encouraged to apply.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine; assistance with licensure is available if needed.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new EMR tools and technologies.
• Proactive approach with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
