The Role:
You will build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key fertility clinics across the US and Canada and support patient escalations when issues arise. You will be responsible for managing relationships, negotiating rates, and identifying strategic opportunities with our fertility clinic partners to add value for our members. The Provider Partnerships Manager supports our members and works across the Carrot organization to minimize the cost of treatment, improve access to care, and deliver an excellent patient experience. If an issue with a partner arises, you jump in to solve it. If Carrot discovers a network gap, you build the relationships necessary to fill it. In this role, you will have a chance to develop and elevate important provider relationships that directly impact the member experience.
The Team:
The Strategy & Provider Partnerships Team sits within the Outcomes team, which is part of Carrot’s Operations Team. The Provider Partnerships Team is responsible for developing Carrot’s provider network strategy and for building and maintaining partnerships that maximize value across the business.

The starting base salary for this position will range from $90,000-$100,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
