Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Act as single point of contact for providers (primarily nurse practitioners) to coordinate with Operations  
  • Perform provider management activities – provider availability, delinquent charts and queries follow up, inform NP for schedule changes, etc. 
  • Help providers through onboarding and coordinating necessary training 
  • Ensuring supplies are sent to your providers in timely manner and there is no interference in their visits 
  • Counsel provider for any operation related challenges and drive to optimized solution in line with organizational goals 
  • Keep track of the escalations and necessary information for provider management 
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding operations; investigates and resolves problems, complaints, or discrepancies 
  • Identify and escalate priority issues 
  • Collaborate with entire management team to reach organizational and departmental goals 
  • Determine opportunities to streamline current processes

Education  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
