Protected Distributed Systems Inspector

As a Protected Distributed Systems Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of protected distributed systems through thorough inspection and evaluation processes. This position involves assessing the functionality, performance, and security of distributed systems within a regulated environment. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of protected distributed systems to verify compliance with established specifications and industry standards.
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to assess system performance, reliability, and security effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, deviations, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to address inspection findings and ensure prompt corrective actions.
• Participate in the development and execution of testing protocols and procedures to evaluate system performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inspection standards, methodologies, and best practices relevant to distributed systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support during audits and assessments by regulatory bodies or external parties.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on inspection methodologies and compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and system reliability.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of professional experience in facility technical operation and maintenance.
• Must have active Secret clearance.
