Proposals Engineer

Envirogen is seeking a motivated and skilled Proposals Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects. Your focus will be on understanding client requirements, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring that all submissions are aligned with company objectives.

As a Proposals Engineer, you will collaborate with various internal departments to gather necessary technical and financial information while maintaining consistent communication with clients. You will also analyze client inquiries to determine project specifics and effectively showcase how Envirogen's solutions meet their needs.

Your attention to detail, proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to work under tight deadlines will be vital to your success in this role. We are looking for a team player with strong organizational skills who can help us leverage our expertise and technology for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in proposal preparation, preferably in the water or wastewater treatment or aligned sector
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles and project requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
