As a Proposal Specialist, you will own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales and Technical Subject Matter Experts to create compelling, high-quality proposals that help us win meaningful work. Proposals may range from concise responses to complex submissions, and your ability to bring clarity, structure, and a strong narrative to each one will be key to your success. Leading proposal planning and execution from kickoff to submission

Creating and managing proposal documents, storyboards, and content development

Facilitating solution discussions and coordinating contributions from cross-functional teams

Managing timelines, responsibilities, and deadlines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions

Conducting gap analyses and supporting win/loss tracking and continuous improvement

Proofreading, editing, formatting, printing, and packaging proposals to a professional standard

Supporting additional initiatives and projects as needed

What You Bring:

5+ years of proposal management experience

2+ years of business writing, proofreading, and editing experience

Strong verbal and written business communication skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and solid working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools

Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

Experience with proposal management software (Qorus is considered an asset)

APMP certification (CF APMP, CP APMP, or CPP APMP) or active pursuit of certification is preferred

Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required
