Proposal Management plays a critical role in achieving this by crafting compelling proposals that resonate with our clients and align with their needs. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the proposal process, from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring that every submission is not only compliant but also persuasive and impactful.

As a Proposal Manager at Rise8, you will lead the proposal process for government contracts, ensuring that all submissions are timely, compliant, and of the highest quality. You’ll work closely with our Growth team to align proposal efforts with strategic objectives and identify new business opportunities. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating proposal templates and libraries, conducting post-submission reviews, and staying abreast of industry trends to continuously improve our proposal processes.
In addition to managing individual proposals, you will be a key contributor to the broader proposal management strategy, helping to refine our processes and elevate the quality of our submissions across the board.
The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $115,688 - $144,611 regardless of final candidate location within the United States. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
All of Rise8’s work in this area is with Federal Government customers that require our employees involved with their projects be U.S. citizens. As such, this role requires U.S. citizenship. If hired, you would also be required to go through a background investigation.

Accrued budget of up to $3,500 per year for classes, travel, events, and materials.
