Lead the development of federal government proposals while collaborating with presales and capture teams to ensure compliance and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years’ experience managing federal government proposals.
Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition process (FAR, DFARS) and federal proposal lifecycle.
Experience with federal research & proposal tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, USAspending.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex proposals with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
APMP Certification (Foundation, Practitioner, Professional) or equivalent.
Experience with federal set-aside programs (8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB) and documentation processes.
Familiarity with Capture and Presales strategy tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, CaptureExec).
Experience across multiple agencies or vehicles (DoD, civilian, DHA, VA, GSA).
Strong project management discipline and ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams.
