Proposal manager (Federal)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years’ experience managing federal government proposals.

• Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition process (FAR, DFARS) and federal proposal lifecycle.

• Experience with federal research & proposal tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, USAspending.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex proposals with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP Certification (Foundation, Practitioner, Professional) or equivalent.

• Experience with federal set-aside programs (8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB) and documentation processes.

• Familiarity with Capture and Presales strategy tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, CaptureExec).

• Experience across multiple agencies or vehicles (DoD, civilian, DHA, VA, GSA).

• Strong project management discipline and ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams.
