Proposal Engineer/Proposal Manager (all genders)

Your mission:

• Planning and drafting monitoring, SCADA and feed-in management solutions for utility scale photovoltaic, BESS and hybrid power plants,
• First technical contact for our sales department and our customers,
• Tackle technical challenges with a solution-driven mindset and a passion for innovation,
• Interface between the sales departments, utility solutions and other internal departments,
• Coordinate technical requirements with customers, utilities, grid operators and internal departments to develop optimal solutions,
• Supervision of project inquiries until the order,
• Representation of meteocontrol at national and/or international trade fairs and events.

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, communications engineering, or a related field,
• Independent and structured approach to work,
• Strong interest in technical problem-solving and innovation,
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset,
• Excellent communication and organizational skills,
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership,
• Comfortable working in a project-based environment,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
