Job Role: Property Settlement Support
Compensation range:,1,500 - 2,500 AUD / Month
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

They work closely with investors at various stages of their journey—from first-time buyers to experienced portfolio builders—providing structured guidance that goes beyond single property purchases.
Role Overview:
As a Property Settlement Support professional, you will play a key role in managing the administrative and coordination tasks involved in property settlements. You'll be responsible for preparing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time to help facilitate smooth and successful property transactions.
