Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all household staff, security personnel, and service contractors.
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and preventive care to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and service contracts for the property.
  • Act as the main liaison with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local laws, including HOA or subdivision rules.
  • Handle homeowner requests, concerns, and special requirements with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain records of property operations, expenses, and staff activities.
  • Oversee security, privacy, and emergency preparedness for the property.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience managing private residences or luxury properties.
  • Proven experience in staff supervision, vendor management, technical management, and high-value property operations.
  • Strong knowledge of property operations, maintenance, and security.
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
