Property Manager - Bilingual ENG - SPN/POR

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to support day-to-day operations for a busy property management team. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or leasing, and is comfortable managing both administrative tasks and tenant communications in a fast-paced environment.

This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound tenant calls, respond to tenant inquiries, and manage mass email correspondence
• Communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals, maintenance requests, and property concerns
• Assist with new leasing leads, schedule property showings, screen applicants, and process rental applications
• Conduct credit checks, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all lease applicant documents are properly filed
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, landscaping, trash removal, and security services
• Investigate tenant complaints, lease violations, and disturbances to ensure lease compliance
• Collaborate with the property management team on advertising materials and marketing strategies

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management required
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software
• Ability to handle tenant concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficient in email management, lease documentation, and financial record-keeping
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management CRM (highly preferred!)
