The role
We are looking for Investment Consultants to join our Lombok operation. This role is for experienced sales professionals who want to work with real investors, structure processes, and be in a high-performance environment.
You will handle qualified inbound leads, advise international buyers, conduct viewings, manage negotiations, and close transactions while being supported by in-house legal, operations, and marketing teams.
If you are
Proven experience in real estate, investment sales, or high-ticket sales
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Investor mindset with the ability to explain value, risk, and structure clearly
Discipline, consistency, and hunger to perform at a high level
Professional attitude, accountability,y and strong follow-up habits
Willingness to learn, improve, and operate within a structured system
To do
Advising local and international investors on Lombok property opportunities
Qualifying clients properly and guiding them through the full buyer journey
Conducting professional consultations, viewings, and follow-ups
Closing sales and managing transactions from inquiry to completion
Working closely with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintaining clean CRM records and clear client communication
Participating in daily high-level training through FazWaz University
