Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role The promoter Manager is responsible for managing field marketing agencies and  teams of fields to develop and execute a national demand generation strategy that effectively drives customer engagement and sales growth. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a regional demand generation and field marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales performance, and profitable growth.

  • Own the strategy and operating model for PayJoy's field force network, with accountability for achieving 200% field force growth targets across commercial partners and priority markets.

  • Build, structure, and manage an internal team capable of supporting a large and growing field operation, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and operating cadence design.

  • Oversee relationships with national field force, manpower, and field marketing agencies, ensuring partners meet PayJoy's standards for performance, compliance, brand representation, operational discipline, and cost effectiveness.

  • Establish clear performance targets for field teams, agencies, and commercial partner activations, including productivity, conversion, quality, coverage, ROI, and fraud-related metrics.

  • Lead weekly and monthly business reviews to assess performance against targets, identify execution gaps, resolve operational blockers, and adjust strategy based on sales results, market conditions, and business priorities.

  • Coordinate field force allocation across commercial partners and priority locations, ensuring promoter deployment is aligned with revenue opportunity, partner needs, and expected return on investment.

  • Design scalable contract, staffing, and deployment models for commercial partners, balancing speed, flexibility, cost control, and long-term operational quality.

  • Analyze sales data, field productivity, campaign performance, marketing metrics, and partner-level results to identify trends, growth opportunities, execution risks, and areas for improvement.

  • Work closely with senior Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Commercial leaders to create integrated field marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation models.

  • Own reporting on field marketing performance, including ROI analysis, campaign effectiveness, productivity trends, budget utilization, agency performance, and recommendations for future improvement.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer behavior, and field-level insights to inform demand generation strategy and commercial planning.

  • Partner with the Fraud team to build training, monitoring, and control mechanisms that reduce fraud risk in the field while supporting healthy and sustainable business growth.

  • Ensure field teams and agency partners are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to represent PayJoy effectively and execute consistently across markets.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing, sales management, or related roles, with a focus on managing teams and agencies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics with an early stage startup.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under high changing and pressure situations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating across teams.
  • Skills to train and motivate the promotion team to be successful in executing their role.
