Desenvolvimento do produto - Motores - Powertrain
Realização de estudos de montabilidades, análises de possíveis interferências, análise de resultados de modificações, etc,
Realizar carregamento e exportação de matemáticas (3D), criação de itens, estrutura de montagem de DMU, oficialização de itens, árvores de impostação, SFS (Structure Functional Standart), dentre outros procedimentos básicos.
Estabelecimento de metas do veículo
Avaliação do status do programa versus metas, incluindo execução de relatórios e resolução de problemas
Garantir que os programas atendam às normas internacionais e internacionais pertinentes.
Perfil
Necessário conhecimento técnico sobre processos de fabricação como: fundição, estampagem, injeção de plásticos, laminação, usinagem e montagem. Conhecimento básico de materiais.
Experiência comprovada mínima de 2 anos em modelamento em NX em componentes de motores de combustão interna aspirado ou turbo além de conhecimento técnico de motores de combustão interna e seus processos de manufatura.

Proficiência no uso de VA no módulo integrada ao VIS MOCKUP / VIS PROFESSIONAL
Domínio de TCAE (Team Center Automotive Edition)
Necessário conhecimento em CoDeP (Configurate e Descrittore Prodotto) e GD&T (tolerância)
Formação
Técnico em Mecânica ou bacharelado em Engenharia Mecânica e/ou automotiva
Idioma
Inglês avançado - desejável
