We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Specialist to assist in the deployment of global capability programs across multiple markets. This role combines coordination, communication, and analytical work - ensuring that each market is well-briefed, supported, and aligned throughout the rollout process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect key performance data, and help assess the business impact of the initiatives you support.
YOU WILL
- Support and coordinate the deployment of capability programs across markets.
- Engage directly with market representatives - organize briefings, share program details, and align on governance processes.
- Provide access to program materials, tools, and assets needed for smooth deployment.
- Track progress, collect both business and operational KPIs, and consolidate reports for global visibility.
- Analyze program data to assess business outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Learning & Development, IT, Operations) to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong self-motivation and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Solid analytical skills - ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience in supporting projects or programs within an international or matrix organization.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Capability Development or Learning & Development programs.
- Exposure to Fielo or Fuse platforms (or similar engagement / learning systems).
