Project Support Officer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Support Officeer to join our UniQue team in Bangkok.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Report to the Project Leader;
• Assist the Project Leader and the team in elaboration of project documentation: narrative reports, annual work plans, activity terms of reference, agendas, notes, minutes;
• Keeping records and filing relevant project documentation;
• Assist in organisation and logistics of activities and possible missions (booking of flights and hotels, support with VISA requests, identification of suitable venues, prior checking of venues and material, support with the management of participants, etc.);
• Assist in identifying of potential local providers horizontal services (e.g. translation, printing, promotional material, website and office maintenance, etc.) as well as for services necessary for events (e.g. interpretation, venues, catering, hotels, flights, etc.);
• Establishment and maintenance of working relations with local stakeholders (preparation and translation of correspondence, organisation of and participation to meetings, etc.);
• Management of office equipment and supplies;
• Support the Project Leader and the central team (CT) in:
• the coordination of logistics for the implementation of the activities
• the monitoring of resources (e.g. office consumables, supplies and petty cash
• the monitoring of contracts with local providers

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Hold at least a Bachelor's university degree (4 years).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in South-East Asia.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in organizing events.
• Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
• Good reporting methods.
• Good communication skills and ability to deliver presentations.
• Ability to work with MS Office.
• Capability to work in an international multi-cultural environment.
• Experience with EU funded projects is a great advantage.
• Proficiency in English language at C1/C2 level.
