Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field) 
  • Level of experience: 5-10 years 
  • Proven experience in standards development, engineering implementation or quality assurance (5+ years preferred) 
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASTM, ASHREA, IBC, NFPA, etc) 
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, BluBeam, or other PDF editing software 

Additional Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience with construction standards and specifications. 
  • Proficiency with standards management software or tools.
