Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive Project Specialist to keep creative campaigns running like clockwork. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can juggle multiple projects with precision, and is passionate about bringing great ideas to life without the chaos. You’ll be the engine that ensures briefs turn into beautifully executed campaigns on time, every time.

Role:

  • Manage end-to-end creative projects across social, digital, print, and video campaigns.
  • Translate briefs into clear action plans, collaborate with creative teams, and ensure concepts are delivered at the highest standard.
  • Track timelines, resources, and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Support prioritisation and allocation of team bandwidth to prevent delays and maintain smooth workflow.
  • Identify process improvements to make campaign delivery faster, more innovative, and more efficient.
  • Work across teams to troubleshoot challenges, manage scope changes, and ensure campaigns hit quality benchmarks.
  • Adapt quickly, managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment with calm and clarity.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as production partners, etc to ensure deliverables, timelines and budgets are met for ATL and BTL campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure overall deliverables and timelines are met. 

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a creative agency or advertising environment, managing projects across multiple channels.
  • A highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy team.
  • Excellent communicator, able to distil complex briefs into actionable plans and align stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and capable of keeping projects moving while anticipating potential roadblocks.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines and external stakeholders. 
  • Curious, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional creative work on time and on brief.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
