We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Scheduler to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our portfolio. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Tasks: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project. Break down project scope into activities, assign durations, and link dependencies to create realistic timelines Regularly update schedules based on input from project managers, engineers, vendors, and field personnel Track actual performance against baseline and report variances Identify critical path, schedule risks, and recovery options to maintain project timelines Generate and distribute schedule reports and dashboards to stakeholders Attend project meetings and provide scheduling input to assist in decision-making Coordinate closely with procurement, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment across departments Required Experience and Education:  Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or in a related field. 2+ years of experience in project scheduling, project coordination, or a similar role Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and schedule management principles Proficient in MS Project or equivalent Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team Preferred Qualifications:  Familiarity with construction, logistics, automation, or engineering projects is a plus Experience supporting large-scale, multi-phase projects Exposure to resource leveling, risk adjusted scheduling, or earned value management (EVM) Project management or scheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
