Responsibilities:
Support the sales and project management teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain sales and project-related data in company databases.
Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, track orders, and resolve issues.
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
Assist in the creation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide customer support as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
Maintain organized records of all sales and project-related activities.
