We are currently looking for an experienced Project Realization Manager who will take ownership of the full turn-key process for biogas plant construction in Poland.

You Role as Project Realization Manager

As a Project Realization Manager, you will take full ownership of the execution of biogas projects in Poland -from detailed engineering coordination through construction, commissioning, and final handover.

You will act as HoSt’s key representative during the turn-key execution phase, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, budget control, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for delivering complex renewable energy projects in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full turnkey execution of biogas plant projects;

• Coordinate engineering activities and oversee technical documentation;

• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cost control mechanisms;

• Select, contract, and supervise subcontractors across all required disciplines;

• Ensure compliance with Polish legislation, including construction law and renewable energy regulations;

• Oversee on-site progress, quality standards, and HSE performance;

• Manage project risks and resolve technical and organizational challenges during execution;

• Coordinate commissioning activities and manage handover procedures;

• Secure all required operational and exploitation permits;

• Cooperate with financial institutions and key stakeholders where required;

• Provide structured reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Our Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with the majority in a managerial/project leadership role;

• Proven experience in delivering biogas plant turn-key project on time and within scope;

• Technical university degree (Engineering background required);

• Up-to-date knowledge of Polish legislation (construction law, RES, labor law, installations);

• Established network within the Polish biogas / consulting / engineering market;

• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and risk management;

• Strong PM skills and structured approach;

• Fluent Polish and English;

• Driving license (cat. B);

• Willingness to work on-site and travel within Poland;

• Strong market reputation.
