Project Procurement Manager

Manages supply chain activities for KVI RG projects worldwide, being the reference point for project team:

• Aligning our customer contract requirements with suppliers' contract requirements minimizing contractual risk
• Managing contracts with suppliers from PO placement till contractual completion, coordinating purchasing, quality & expediting and logistics for all orders
• Reporting progress, issues, risks and opportunities linked to supply chain to both the Project Director and the line management. Responsible for budget, quality and on time delivery.
• Coordinating with engineering, construction and other internal stakeholders for on time PO placement and deliveries
• Providing feedback to internal stakeholders on supplier performance and possible improvements

• 5+ years’ experience in power, o&g, chemical or related industry
• Procurement experience with suppliers for system and components
• Experience in project management for medium or small size projects
• Experience working with IFS or equivalent ERP system
• Good knowledge of English, other languages an advantage
