Project Planner m-w-d

We are looking for a Project Planner to join our team !

As part of our Project Management department, you’ll work closely with execution teams (Project Managers, Engineering, Commissioning, Integration Management) and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Your mission :

✅​ Centralize and consolidate project schedules into one clear resource plan

✅​ Coordinate with departments to gather data and resolve scheduling conflicts

✅​ Monitor project progress, risks, and adjust plans when necessary

✅​ Provide regular updates and reports to management

✅​ Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and lead times

✔ Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering
✔ Experience as a Scheduler or in a similar planning role
✔ Knowledge of intralogistics projects (a plus)
✔ Fluent in Dutch & English (other languages are a bonus)
✔ Strong skills in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
✔ Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
