Project Officer

Opportunity

The project officer is part of the implementation team and will provide support to the Project Managers who work in the frontline with our customers, such as preparing progress meetings, budget reviews, reporting, invoicing & organizing facilities.

Your mission

• Supports in the definition of the project vision, objectives, scope, Levels of Capabilities (LOCs) and milestone delivery charts.
• Ensures the sign off of the documentation of the project (detailed project plan, milestones, and deliverables) by the customer, on behalf of the project manager.
• Recognizes risks that directly impact the likelihood of success and both formally (risk management) and informally throughout the duration of the project.
• Prepares the invoices and supports the project manager with the overall budget overview.
• Supports the user acceptance testing.
• Prepares and executes workshops.
• Supports training to super-users.
• Supports in LOC-closure and project closure reports.
• Other project supporting tasks.

Your capabilities

• Pro-active and have a good sense of interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Analytical mindset and like solving problems.
• Process-minded and savy with office software.
• Fast learner.
• Experience with reporting, invoicing and project management.
• Good communicating skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English. Dutch would be a plus.
