Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead complex, integrated IT projects from planning to execution, providing oversight and direction.
Team Management: Supervise technical workgroups, establish schedules/workflows, manage hiring/onboarding/training, and implement performance management.
Budget & Procurement: Prepare and administer workgroup budgets and manage purchases. Technical Oversight: Develop standards, design/architect complex solutions (voice, data, network), oversee network performance, and ensure cybersecurity/compliance.
Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, department leadership, and manage vendors for enterprise-wide deployments.
Documentation: Create technical documentation, including system architecture and troubleshooting procedures.
