Project Manager (World of Tanks: HEAT)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the successful launch of a new product in China. In this role, you will act as the key link between the global development team and the Chinese publishing partner, ensuring alignment across all aspects of the launch.

You will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, managing timelines, and ensuring that the product, content, and communication meet the expectations of the Chinese market. This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-uncertainty environment.

What will you do?

• Oversee and execute all project steps required for launching the new product in China.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between the global development team and the Chinese publishing team.
• Ensure cultural, narrative, and visual alignment with regional expectations, requirements, and timelines.
• Translate expectations into actionable tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
• Align both teams on short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
• Identify risks early, especially those connected to cross-team communication, content expectations, regulatory constraints, and timeline pressure.
• Ensure that uncertainties are handled transparently and efficiently.

What are we looking for?

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency (HSK 5 or higher)
• Fluent in English 
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong ownership and accountability to push initiatives forward without constant supervision
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones and departments

Work mode

• Hybrid (4 days of work from the office)

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 2500 - 3800 monthly gross.
