About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of longform content and organic social media projects within our Learn & Grow Business Resources program. This role will serve as the operational backbone for multiple content initiatives, ensuring every article, video, and post is delivered on time, meets our creative standards, and aligns with our broader marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with internal creative teams, external SEO and social agencies, and multiple stakeholders to manage timelines, gather feedback, and drive flawless execution across all deliverables.

 

  Deliverables:

  •   Developing and updating the internal organic social media calendar for the organic Linkedin expansion project
  • Gathering feedback from internal reviewers and keeping them to deadlines for the organic Linkedin expansion project
  • Communicating with the external agency for the organic Linkedin expansion project
  • Developing and updating the internal organic social media calendar for the organic video production project
  •  Gathering feedback from internal reviewers and keeping them to deadlines for the organic video production project
  • Communicating with the external agency for the organic video production project
  • 3+ years of project management experience in marketing, content, or communications.
  • Familiarity with the  Workday tool
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, Contentful, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating across internal creative, editorial, and SEO teams.
