This includes shaping engagement plans, managing resources, and maintaining rigorous project documentation and governance. The role acts as the primary client liaison, ensuring consistent and positive client experiences, resolving issues, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. The Project Manager also oversees financial tracking, monitors project margins, and ensures internal compliance. A key contributor to delivery process enhancements, the role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and Atlassian certifications.    Responsibilities  Project Management  -Actively participate in shaping engagement scope and plan, to ensure delivery readiness following client signature  -Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and issues to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction, taking action or escalating when needed  -Own the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget  -Provide regular project status updates and backlog reports to clients and the Delivery Manager  -Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation, aligned with internal standards  Delivery and Resource Management  -Plan and manage project staffing, ensuring Consultants are assigned to each client project based on suitability and expertise  -Take into account Consultants development needs (skills and experience), as flagged by the Practices  -Prioritize local teams first; if unavailable, escalate to regional teams, the Global Delivery Center, or another region as needed  -Engage external providers when necessary, following the approval process to ensure compliance with internal policies, cost considerations, and quality standards   -Follow internal governance requirements and project management standards, and ensure the use of latest approved tools and frameworks during project delivery  -Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction  -Ensure full visibility on client-related matters through active collaboration with stakeholders (Sales, Managed Services, Finance teams, etc.)  Client Engagement  -Act as the main point of contact for the client during project execution  -Manage client issues and escalate when necessary  -Ensure a consistent and positive client experience across engagements  -Proactively gather and analyze client feedback, and suggest targeted improvement initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction  -Conduct a post-mortem analysis at the end of each project to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement  Projects Financial Monitoring  -Track budget, time spent, and project margin, in line with initial project estimates, escalating variances when required  -Provide project-related time expenditure and budget reports to the client  Continuous Improvement  -Contribute to improving delivery processes, frameworks and tools by sharing feedback and ideas from project execution  -Obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including Atlassian certification/accreditation  -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends in Project Management  Education  -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.  -A Master’s degree is advantageous but not typically required.  Experience  -3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in client-facing or consulting environments. -Proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, and budget. -Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors or delivery partners. -Strong background in financial tracking and budget management (e.g., monitoring project margins and time spent). -Experience using project management tools and frameworks, especially in relation to Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Competencies/Skills -Strong proficiency in project planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution. -Excellent organizational and documentation skills aligned with governance and compliance requirements. -Effective communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and provide regular updates to stakeholders. -Resource management skills including staff allocation, vendor engagement, and coordination with delivery teams. -Ability to analyze and act on client feedback to drive continuous improvement. -Client-focused with strong relationship management skills. -Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail. -Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities. -Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. Certifications -Atlassian certifications/accreditations (e.g., Jira Project Administrator, Confluence Space Admin) – required or strongly preferred. -PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management certifications – preferred. -Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
