Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Various coordination tasks with clients and suppliers
• Manage schedules and budgets
• Manage overall project progress
• Collaboration and coordination with various internal teams

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of architecture or design related field
• 8+ years of project management experience in construction and interior design related projects
• Experience negotiating in budget management
• Experience with the full project cycle from the development phase through post-occupancy
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building construction
• Basic technical understanding of architectural design, interior and furniture design
  
  Preferred Skills and Experience
• Architectural license
• Ability to communicate in English
