  • Foster strong relationships with senior executives, internal teams, and external partners to drive delivery excellence and stakeholder confidence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex telecom programs or projects.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Ericsson platforms and telecom charging systems.
  • Proven exposure to AI-driven initiatives, automation, or advanced analytics within telecom environments.
  • Strong understanding of telecom operations, network architecture, and business processes.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and delivery orientation.
