What We're Looking for

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive cross-functional execution and elevate the operational rigor of our Product, Engineering, Payment Operations, and Compliance teams. You’ll independently define project scopes, create clarity in ambiguous situations, and lead teams toward shared outcomes. You bring a strong sense of ownership, a talent for structuring complex work, and an ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholder groups.

You have experience leading cross-functional projects in dynamic environments, designing workflows that improve execution, and ensuring that work moves forward even when priorities, resources, or external constraints shift. You thrive in bringing order to ambiguity and excel at identifying the right stakeholders, creating alignment, and building sustainable processes that teams can rely on.

What You’ll Do

  • Scope, plan, and lead complex cross-functional projects, establishing clear goals, ownership, and workflows across Product, Engineering, Payment Operations, and Compliance
  • Improve internal documentation systems by defining information architecture and centralizing requirements, resources, and shared knowledge for easier team self-service
  • Lead cross-functional decision-making by identifying the right SMEs, facilitating problem-solving discussions, and ensuring clear roles, next steps, and accountability
  • Own and enhance the intake and completion process for fintech and bank diligence requests, establishing repeatable mechanisms that reduce cycle time and improve accuracy
  • Build and operationalize systems that increase visibility into deliverables, risks, and dependencies, ensuring that critical tasks don't fall through the cracks
  • Strengthen communication between Payment Operations and Compliance by creating simple, repeatable mechanisms for sharing updates and increasing visibility across teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects independently, ideally within FinTech, payments, banking, or SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives from scope definition through delivery, driving alignment and outcomes with minimal oversight
  • Proven success in structuring ambiguous work, creating clarity, and building repeatable processes that improve team execution
  • A collaborative and influential approach that builds trust across teams, resolves ownership questions, and moves work forward even when priorities shift
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to design centralized knowledge systems and create clear, digestible updates and artifacts
  • Strength in facilitating complex discussions, identifying the right stakeholders, and guiding groups toward decisions, next steps, and accountability
  • A proactive, detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership, continuously identifying opportunities to refine processes, reduce friction, and improve execution
