We are looking for a Professional Project Manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Master’s degree in IT Management (preferred).
12+ years of experience managing technology projects, with a strong focus on banking (mandatory).
Proficient in:
Agile and traditional methodologies: PMI, Scrum, Kanban, RUP
Project financial management
Process automation
Requirements analysis and documentation
Certifications (preferred): PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL
Key Responsibilities
Lead the expansion project, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet agreed deliverables.
Define project objectives and key deliverables.
Develop and manage the project timeline and key milestones.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of implemented improvements.
Conduct user interviews to understand behaviors and expectations.
Ensure the project follows an agile and efficient methodology.
Prepare regular progress reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
